About the roleYou will work under the Growth Lead to be in charge of driving the user and business growth of iZi - a combination of marketing, partnerships, business development
The role will require a diverse set of skills, courage to experiment, and speed to move fast to bring an innovative edtech product to market in Vietnam and globally
ResponsibilitiesIdeationResearch and analyze growth strategies of other businesses and startups to gather insights and identify opportunities for growthConstantly converse with and stay updated with any movements on the market to propose new ideas to react to these changesFormulate hypotheses and according to plans to validate the sameStrategy & PlanningSupport to design growth loops that are scalable and sustainable to bring in new users in all categories, on both supply side and demand sideMake proper planning for growth initiatives and activities as requested with weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals in mindExecutionBuild networks of and acquire hosts for iZi Rooms through various channels: direct outreach, partnerships, communities, social media, referral schemesOnboard and retain hosts to maximize their business valuesCollaborate with hosts and content team to attract audiences and build communities around hostsConduct actions to validate revenue models and increase the revenue from learners, hosts, creators, and enterprisesManage and oversee communication channels of iZi to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in user acquisition & retentionWork with the content team to design campaigns to create and distribute iZi content through suitable channels and communitiesHost demos of the product and make presentations to key stakeholdersEvaluationKeep track of key growth metrics and make weekly reports to ManagementMake recommendations to constantly improve the company’s performance Maintain CRMs to manage host and partnership pipelinesIdentify risks and prepare risk mitigation plans

Yêu cầu ứng viên This will be perfect for you if you:At least 1 year of experience of relevant experience related to partnerships and user acquisition for high-growth startups
Experience within the edtech space is a big advantage
Preferably have performance marketing and SEO knowledge
Have a big aspiration for education and a love for games
